What happens right after I subscribe?
You get a receipt from our payment processor immediately, and the current sale workbook is emailed to your checkout address the moment payment clears. Every data refresh after that lands in your inbox automatically.
Is the free list going away?
No. The free list on the homepage stays free — it's how you check we're worth paying for. Pro is the full field set, the export, and the alerts.
How do I cancel?
Email [email protected] from your subscription address and we cancel it — no retention flow, no phone call. You keep access through the period you've paid for.
Where does the data come from?
The Philadelphia Sheriff's Office's own auction site and the City of Philadelphia's Office of Property Assessment records (via OpenDataPhilly), joined per parcel. Sources are linked in the workbook. It's public record data, organized — verify against the official source before bidding.
